Honey-Lime Chicken with Greek Yogurt Avocado Sauce



This marinated honey-lime chicken is bursting with flavor, perfectly complemented by a creamy Greek yogurt avocado sauce. The marinade infuses the chicken with sweet and tangy notes, while the sauce adds a refreshing and creamy element.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 limes, juiced and zested
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together honey, lime juice and zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper

Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over them

Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour

Preheat grill to medium-high heat

Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade

Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center

While chicken is cooking, prepare the avocado sauce

In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper

Blend until smooth

Serve grilled chicken with avocado sauce drizzled over the top
