Ingredients:
- 1 box of your favorite cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake tin with paper liners
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract
Mix until well combined and smooth
Fold in the sour cream and rainbow sprinkles until evenly distributed in the batter
Spoon the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
Once the cupcakes are completely cool, you can frost and decorate them as desired
